General description:

        This model of machine is specialized computerized equipment for busbar bending jobs. The machine can conduct various bending jobs with coordinated movement of X and Y axis & manual feeding. By using different tooling, the machine can conduct various bending jobs like plain bending, etc.

        The accompanying GJ3D software can calculate the expansion length of bending accurately. If the work piece required several bending, the software can automatically decide the bending sequence.

Main features:

    1.  The machine used unique structurebig closed type bending structure, which has both the advantages of close type bending and open type bending.

    2.   The machine is driven by dual oil cylinders and physically reduces bending blind areas effectively.

    3.  The Y axis bending has angle error compensation function. The bending accuracy can reach as high as ±0.1°

    4.  In lateral bending jobs, the machine has automatic tightening & loosening functional, which improves working efficiency   greatly.
