The machine’s use

1. High productivity and good precision for metal sheets bending, different up-die and bottom-die, working for multifarious pieces. One-off bending shaped by one time stroke. Can make complex shapes by repetitious bending work. Can punch with corresponding die.

2. Mechanical stopper in oil cylinder, typical of high feedback precision for position of gliding block ,accurate and stable operation,good synchronizing performance ,and high repeated positioning precision of gliding block.

This machine structure is mechanically symmetrical with upper-roller adjustable three-rollers rolling machines,the upper-roller is transmitted by the trigger, turbine,worm and the screw on the central symmetry position , realizing lifting movement. Through the main reducer output gear and the next roller big gear tooth cooperating with the rotary motion,it provides long distance for the nut!
