1. Tubular Type QY GL Oil Refining Equipment was one of the R & D projects of our company three years ago which has reached an advanced process in the constantly sum up and improvement. At home and abroad, 1.5 million to 2.5 million investment in small refineries will be enough (not including infrastructure). The capacity of the type is 30-500tons per day according to customers’ requirements. The raw materials can be recycled by this equipment are waste engine oil, low-temperature coal tar, the oil slurry, 180 # washings oil, crude oil residue and other waste mineral oil.
2. Equipment components include boiler, tube furnace, distillation tower 1, distillation tower 2, catalyst bed, cooling tower, condensers, intermediate separator, LPG distributor, desulfurization tank, agitator tank, high-precision filtering equipment.
3. Equipment is in normal temperature and pressure in the production process. The decomposition temperature is 280 °C -460 °C and oil extraction rate is 65% -85% according to raw material impurities and the water content.

5. There is no waste exhaust emissions, no waste residue in the production process. A small amount of waste water about 2-3T, must be treated before discharge.
