Due to on-demand method, opening or closing nozzle are controlled by computer. All
injected paint reaches on the surface of work-piece and forms dots of character without waste. Dilution agent is not necessary, so operation cost is low.

5. Nozzle adjustment is not necessary
This machine is suite to steel industrial, which is solid and durable, it has automatic nozzle wash function, so it is unnecessary to wash nozz1e manually.

6. Safety and health considered adequately
Consumption cost is much less than ink marking machine due to paint marking, that has no odor, diluent, so it keeps good sanitation with methanol dissolvent.

It is easy to operate without “installation”, marking head weights 2.6kg, small and easy to assemble.

8. System forming or operating alone
It can be connected to automatic product line with computer when online operation; Handy terminal is used to input printing data when operating alone.
