CFL Packing Line : belt conveyor, used to packing energy saving lamps

CFL Packing Line :

1. General requirements:

1. Type: single belt ,bar type ,opposite seats (PDX)

1. Workers’ seat: length * 2

2. Length for seat: 1000mm, total length : accord to customer requirments .

3. Total width for production line: belt width 400mm,working table width 400mm, total 1200mm.

4. Total height for production line: about 2000mm, working surface level, 720-750mm(adjustable).

5.Speed: 0.3-3m/min.( adjustable )

2. The requirements for structure:

1.Using 30 ×40  rectangle type stainless steel pipe as framework, outer frame use DQ308 special aluminum material with some accessories.

2.Structure is one side turning upwards, closed up-sheds are equipped with one fluorescent lamp (30w) and switch.

3.Working table will be covered with 3mm green rubber.

4.Instrument meter boards are set in the middle of worker seats ,the lamp holds equip upper.

5.Every worker seat is equipped with one power box (divided into two pole ,three pole holders inside), one iron barrel , one piece of fuse holder.

6.The protect board of the total line all use 1mm thick stainless steel board.

7.The controlling box is equiped under the machine.
