CFL Component Inserting Line:The line is used for inserting the component into PCB.

CFL Component Inserting Line:

1. General requirements of the line:

1.1  Type: CLX-I type straight line , double chain, no work fit up style.

1.2  Number of workers seats : Accord to customer requirments.

1.3  Length of workers seats : 1000mm

1.4  Total length of the line : according to customer's requirments

       Total width of the line:1200mm

1.5  Total height of the line : about 2m

1.6  Working surface height : 720-750mm

1.7  Speed of the line : 0.2-2m/min ( adjustable frequency )

1.8  Conveyer medium : nylon chain conveyer with mark plate to straight line conveyer.

2. Requirement of the line structure:

2.1 The total line use 30*40mm rectangle pipe as skeleton, chain leading rail use DQ1762 specific aluminum material, chain use stainless steel nylon chain.

2.2 The line is single wing type haulm, up-shed open type, two sets of fluorescent lamp(30W) and switch installed in the shed.

2.3 Per two workers seats as one group, per group install one motor, the whole line has similar adjust speed.

2.4 Outer shied frame is steady rail, moveable rail can adjust, adjustment range is 35-200mm, connect with the moveable rail and leading rail, and install the component box board, equipped by stair.

2.5 Equipped technology painting in the middle of the workers seats.

2.6 Equipped control box under the machine.
