ACMI fume exhaust system exhausts the fume from the pre-heating section and firing section at the beginning of the kiln. The pipe system includes several sections, which is good for gradient adjusting the pre-heating zone temperature curve. Tho cool air hole on the main pipeline can regulate the exhaust temperature. Special designed heat-exchange system produces clean and hot air, which can be supplied to the pre-kiln dryer or the green tile layer. The kiln's pressure can be adjusted automatically by the transducer, reducing energy consumption.
