After being screened, only the powder woth a size less than 3mmcan be sent into the ball press machine.The size of the pellets will be 25mm*20mm*15mm.With the requirement of the client ,we can produce ball machine that can make specific size of balls with a bulk density of 1.9-2.2g/cm3 and the hardness as that of a quick lime block.The finished products needs screening ,only qualified ones can be stored and waits for being smelt.
After being crushed,material are directly sent to the machine without adding water ,such as aluminum scrap,magnesium scrap,active carbon ,aluminum oxide,quick lime.The purpose are to reduce stive,control bulk density ,recycle it and improve transporting features.The design output is mainly for pellets material in Pijiangfa craft of magnesium melting.
