Flocculant automatic control device

The device consists of advanced flow metering device, intelligent control instrument and frequency converter. It uses advanced micro-computer control technology. While the liquid passes through the pipeline and metering tube, firstly the flow metering device will monitor the flowing and transfer it to electric signals to intelligent control instrument which will calculate them according to related parameter preset and display the result at the LCD screen and typewrite the instantaneous value or accumulative value of the fluid simultaneously. On the other hand, it can provide the relative signals to frequency converter to drive the metering pump to change its feeding capacity, control the flow automatically and make the flow reach the technical requirement. The product has stable performance and reliable operation and is widely used in metallurgy, mine, petrochemical industry.
