Automatic Rotary Spiral CFL Tube Baking Machine

Descriptions: 

1.   Suitable for automatic baking spiral lamp; channel-type; two positions per head, each position one lamp tube.

2.   Centralized air distribution system to ensure each processed tube being blown by hot air independently.  Used air is guided out of oven to prevent heat loss.  

3.   Silicon-controlled three areas temperature adjustment, continuously regulated by fuzzy temperature controller;  Stable temperature, deviation within +/- 1°C; constant radiation; Oven design power is 35KW, operating power is 20KW.

4.   Automatic loading/unloading and capable of connecting to automatic production line via PLC.

5.   Capacity: 1250pcs/hour; 1 operator.
