Its structure is the most simple among the same type extractors.That fixed grid replaces false bottom reduces working structures,so faults are lowered,and safe operation efficiency is improved. It can self-clean,it mustn’t stop for cleaning fixed grid.It allows to increase materials extraction time,so residual oil content of meal is reduced.It can increase loading materials coefficient,and improve outputs.Main structure and operation principle:
It is made up of shelf,rotor,fixed grid bottom,spraying device,basebed,major axle,transmission and mixed-oil bucket.Its operation principle is as follows: material cakes are sent into each material grid of the rotor by the seal spiral conveyer, There are racks on the outer ring of rotor,through transmission device, racks drive rotor to rotate at low speed around the major axle. Material cakes are sprayed with dense mixed oil in extractor for extracting fat. With extractor rotating,spraying with mixed oil which concentration is reduced in turn,oil content of material cakes is reduced further. At last, spraying with non-oil fresh solvent, oil content of material cakes is reduced to about 1%. Material cakes turn into wet meal,and fall into wet meal bucket through extractor meal-falling mouth after drying, Mixed oil is sent to the steaming system by oil bucket.
