Main procedure of our Production line/PVC PE WPC gravimetric dosing system as follows:

1. Raw materials dumping;

2. Weighing and feeding main raw materials(such as PVC, CaCO3 etc.);

3. Weighing and feeding additives;

4. heating mixer & Cooling mixer;

5. Storage of mixture;

6. Feeding to Extruders;

In China, we have made for CHINA PETROL 2 lines as retrospective orders in a short time.

We will send technician to test the whole system and train workes in user's factory till user can operate easily. Normally to finish testing the system needs about 20-30days.
