1, Vacuum lifter design : Suspension beam is 1000mm,  suction pad with inside diameter is 450mm, outside diameter is 1000mm,  for suitable for handling diameter is  less than 500mm,  outside diameter is less than 1200mm aluminum coil or copper coil or some coil material.

2, The suction cup is equipped with three Vacuum Chamber, Each vacuum chamber can be switch on & turned off individually. Which can ensure a same equipment can handle different size AL coil material.

3,Vacuum lifter machine and vacuum pump host adopt fission style design,  vacuum lifter  machine hang on cantilever.  Vacuum pump host fission installation in mobile cantilever crane base, So which increased the base balance weight, meanwhile reduced the suction machine own-weight,Make the rotary inertia smaller on cantilever, Operation more flexible.

4, The vacuum lifter uses Germany Becker oilless rotary vanes vacuum pump to be the vacuum generator, the max. Vacuum degree is up to 85%, even no need to fill lubrication and cooling liquid.

5, The vacuum lifter is equipped with a buzzer and warning light units, in case of a power failure or vacuum leakage, an optical and an acoustic signal goes off immediately to warn the operator to do emergency operation.

6, The vacuum lifter has a Max. Carrying capacity up to 1000kgs, compared with the 200kgs Al  coil , we can still provide a safety factor of  4.0 horizontally above.  And with 2.0 vertical flip safety factor.
