Cyclone injects the coolant with particles into cone from the rectangle entrance along a tangent line direction by certain pressure. It will do a spiral movement up and down, this makes the liquid produce a vortex, at this time, the solid particles in liquid will be thrown to the inner wall of cone and discharged through the outlet which located at bottom . After the cleaning liquid reaches the cone bottom side, it will arise along the cone axis and drainage from the outlet of cyclone. It has a high separate precision and can separate out about 98 % particles which are more than 30u.
Cyclone is mainly used for separating particles in the coolant. It is suitable for separating the particles which are produced from high speed grinding, force grinding, general fine machining emulsion and the low viscosity crude base coolant. The cleaning coolant can enhance the using time of the cutting tool, and improve the parts processing quality. Besides, it also avoids the coolant alteration, extends its using time.
Cyclone can be used in parallel, this way increases the flow rate, and it also can be used in series-wound, this way can improve the filtrate accuracy.
