HC1300/16002000 Aluminum coil pretreatment production line can clean and chemically treat the surface of the aluminum coil. After the aluminum coil being pressed, lubricant, Anti-oxidation oil and some metal elements would be left on the surface of it. Adopting the German and Japanese technology, Chromium-free chemicals are used on the surface of the aluminum panel to form tiny holes for better adhesive force in order to binding the paint and the aluminum panel tightly. The production line is a environment friendly system in strict conformity with the national Environment standard.
