HRS-2000/HRS-1200A type wire layer winding machines is composed by the take-up, the dancer, the pay-off and the electric control box, and has functions of:
1.Take-up is driven by the inverter, the pay-off machine pays off automatically through frequency converting to regulate the speed. which ensure the constant tension in the process of rewinding of welding wires and facilitates its rewinding (esp. for welding wires of φ0.6) and enhances the efficiency, and makes the property of the welding wires steady, overcomes the disadvantage of the changes of the loose diameter and warping distance with the changes of tension when paying-off passively.
2.Having functions of line speed detecting to ensure the constant speed in winding wires.
Wire arrangement is controlled by 32-bit ARM in the way of stepping motor displacement to ensure the wire arrangements steady and in a high accuracy, no matter in normal winding or inverting wires, the wire arrangement can be operated in step.
3.Having functions of wire straightening and ARM automatic calculation of weight, spindle accurate number-recording, displaying linear speed of actual winding.
4.Dancer is able to check, regulate, control the tension of welding wires in winding to ensure the welding wires to wind smoothly.
5.The machine brakes, it can be controlled by the computer to ensure the machine to stop accurately, quickly and steadily.
6.If the electricity is cut off when the machine is in operation or the wires are broken, it has functions of automatic brake.
7.The multi-functional intelligent buttons are easy to operate.
8.Remainded wire measuring, machine alarm and stop when lack of wires.
