HRS-300/HRS-200 saw layer winding machine is mainly used to coreless rewinding of submerger arc welding wire.
COMPOSITIONS OF THE MACHINE
TAKE-UP
It is driven by AC motor, and is applied to wind the welding wires to reels. Its equipped with wire arranging system is controlled by step motor, spindle speed testing, start point aligning, and braking part and etc.
Straightener
It is installed on the support of the straightening device, and is applied to straighten welding wires. Weight calculating device and wire broken protection device are also installed in it.
Pay-off
It is driven by AC motor, controlled by inverter, realizes the constant tension in the process of the welding wire winding and the braking system of pay-off is also installed in it.
Electric control panel
It is the performing part of the control system, which is equipped with inverter and other performing units.
OPERATING box
It is the controlling part of the control system, which is equipped with the special winding control system of PLC. operating buttons, displaying device, and etc.
Functions:
Take-up is driven by inverter, and pay-off machine pays off wires through frequency converting tension to make sure the welding wires have a certain tension in winding.
Applying PLC to control stepping motor to drive screw rods, and drive wire arranging device to arrange wires, the spool width can be adjusted.
Having functions of welding wires straightening and PLC auto calculation of weight, spindle accurate number-recording and display rotating speed.
While braking, the PLC controls braking the machine to ensure the machine brakes accurately, quickly and steadily.
If the electricity is cut off when the machine is in operation or the wires are broken, it has functions of auto brake.
The multi-functional intelligent buttons are easy to operate.
