Core technology and innovations
It mainly reflects in the following aspects
1. Double driven for bottom roller: the steel plate will elastic-plastic deformed during bending, the variation of its length will result in working speed difference between feed rolls and out rolls up to (thickness/diameter)%. Two individual systematic drives can eliminate mechanical interference and meet bending craft requirement. Power consumption can be saved up to 8%~15%.
2. Electronic equilibrium system for working roller: the set random position and ideal balance tolerance can be obtained by a close-loop electronic equilibrium system which is composed of PLC, high-precision displacement sensor and proportional valve.
3. Process optimizer system for bending: process optimizer system can calculate the forming times and amount of feed, and load the processing window based on the plate dimension and performance parameters inputted. Switch to “auto feed”, the auto feed of top roller and auto central of bottom roller can be done automatically. This system can store 1000 groups of technological parameter for modification and invocation at any time.
4. Online detecting system for curvature: detect and obtain the momentary displacement of steel plate moving through working rolls by angle detector installed on each work roll. The exterior elongation and interior compression value and curvature of different points during plate deformation all can be calculated by IPC based on the parameter above. The fitted cylinder can be reflected on the screen.
