Single Shaft Automatic Cutting Machine

Usage:

Cut protected film, optical tape, foam tape, high temperature tape, 3M double faces tape, metal paper, green tape, some non-adhesive material and precision tape.

Feature:

Cutter positioning: the knife block displacement is servo system drive, and precision ball screw transmission, load-bearing knife block of square linear slide rail; movement of smooth right and left, adjustable speed, positioning size of precision cutting.

Feeding knife: choose servo feeding knife or hydraulic. The knife block moves positioning precision, safety and limited length.

Positioning limit: it is photoelectric sensor and machine, two ways use for feeding knife and knife block to move positioning at the same time.

Handle data: touch-screen data input; setting different cutting specifications in the same shaft; PLC programmable control processor and centralized processing, automatic cutting.

Knife: these are alloy circular knifes to cutting for your difference materials. You can choose knife of material and specification.

Adjustable angle of knife:can choose a manual or automatic.
