PRODUCT OVERVIEW

    PE/HDPE/PP/HIPS drainage plate rolling suction machine is Junsheng's innovative machine in China(already patented), breaking the situation of previous similar equipments relying on import. Compared with the old-fashioned post forming process, this equipment forms a shape of drainage plate at one time with high efficiency, low energy consumption. It also solved the problem that the compression strength of old rolling forming drainage plates is not ideal. After unique mechanics design, the wall thickness of PE drainage plate around the circular boss is well-proportioned, and the compression strength is over 50% higher than similar products, which solves the problem that the compression strength of domestic drainage plates made of HDPE is not ideal and ensures long-term loaded compression tolerance. PE drainage plate is a kind of multi-functional membrane coiled material performing comprehensive protection, professional waterproofing and drainage. Its quality is up to the international advanced level, completely changes the situation that high-quality drainage plate  can only rely on import. All the equipments, from the calendar, traction machine to the rolling machine, are all especially designed and manufactured based on the structure of drainage plate. The thickness range of the products is 0.5-5.5mm, width up to 5000mm.

2) Automatic loading machine.

3) Single screw extrusion machine.

Screw diameter: 150mm; Length-diameter ratio: 30:1; Screw rotate speed: 0-75 rpm

Main motor power: 160kw;

Frequency Conversion Speed Modulation method: variable frequency motor, Taiwan frequency converter.

Heating power: about 80kw; Extrusion ability: 300-800 kg/h

Heating circle: Multistage cast-aluminum heating circle;

Screw Nut Material: 38 CrMoAI nitriding treatment.

Nitriding Depth: 0.4-0.7 mm; Nitriding Rigidity: HV720-940.

Electric control cabinet: Omron temperature control, LG currenttra former contactor.

 4) Handmade Ring screen or oil pressure screen exchanger (Optional).

APPLICATIONS

    The final product PE/HDPE/PP/HIPS sheet is a dimpled plastic sheet that can be used in various waterproofing applications. The dimpled nubs create a vapour and thermal insulation barrier for both internal walls and walls that are adjacent to waterproofing membranes, while also protecting the waterproofing membrane from the backfill in underground structures.  
    The Drainage Sheet offers protection against any dampness in ground slabs and also create a cavity control layer, while The integrated non-woven geotextile covering the nubs prevents soil particles from blocking the drainage sheet, which creates an air gap for reliable ventilation and allows inflow and transport of water from the surrounding soil.
