Introduction
This equipment is adapted to straighten: welding deformation of flange board of ‘T’ and ‘H’ type workpieces. It is an excellent straightening equipment , adopting the lever principle of top roll and driving roller, when the flange board deforms, it reduces the returning factor of flexibility for the preset force than yield point of the flange board to complete the straightening.

Remarks | When the flange plate thickness is beyond 20mm, the flange plate width must be wider than 300mm: take the flange plate thickness of 20mm as the basis, with each 1mm more of the thickness, the width should add 15mm, if the thickness is 30mm, the width should beyond 450mm; when the thickness is 40mm, the width should beyond 600mm. When the web plate height is within 200-350mm, change as vice-straightener roll, but the width of wing plater thickness should be less than 10mm. | ||
