Pusher-type bright  annealing furnace

This furnace design has proved itself as being particularly suited for the continuous treatment of parts under a protective gas atmosphere. The extremely stable hearth structure is designed for high charge weights. Depending on the operator's requirements, Nianda can provide single or multi-track furnaces. Multi-track designs offer a very high production flexibility.

1 Equipment Characteristics

1.1 It adopts imported gas burner for heating which has the rapid temperature rise.

1.2 The workpieces are heated from both top and bottom, it is ensured the uniform heating of workpieces.

1.3 It is loading from one end and unloading from the side of the other end, which is simple design, easy loading, energy-saving and reduced heat loss.

1.4 The automation can be achieved through the communication of human and machine via PLC.

1.5 Gas consumption calculating:

       Material of billet: carbon steel

       Maximum working temperature

       Thermal content of billet: 205Kcal/kg

Thermal efficiency: 40%

    Maximum thermal consumption of billet:

205Kcal/kg×100×1000Kg/h=20500000Kcal/h

    Equivalent gas consumption: 20500000Kcal/h÷1250Kcal/Nm3=16400Nm3/h

    Maximum gas consumption of the equipment:

16400÷40%=41000 Nm3/h
