This furnace design has proved itself as being particularly suited for the continuous treatment of parts under a protective gas atmosphere. 1.1 It adopts imported gas burner for heating which has the rapid temperature rise.
1.2 The workpieces are heated from both top and bottom, it is ensured the uniform heating of workpieces.
1.3 It is loading from one end and unloading from the side of the other end, which is simple design, easy loading, energy-saving and reduced heat loss.
1.4 The automation can be achieved through the communication of human and machine via PLC.
