 GW300  forming machine

1.Brief introduction:

   1.Usage:

     GW300XG cold-bending forming machine is used to produce the light weight

     steel keel, light weight steel joist and variety of industrial and ornamental

     profiled bar. Making different shapes of profiled bar by changing different

     shapes of mould.

   2.Raw material:

(1)Cold-rolled steel strip(As per GB1591-88)

(2)Material of steel strip:low-carbon steel, low alloy steel.δs≤345Mpa,

  δb≤610Mpa.

(3)The thickness of steel strip: 1.2~3.0mm(As per GB708-88)

(4)The width of steel strip: 100~300mm(±0.1mm)

(5)Steel coil: I.D. : ≥450mm

(6)Steel coil: O.D. : Ø1000~1300mm

(7)Steel coil: Maximum weight of steel strip: 1000~3000kg

   3.The request of finished product:

(1)Width:          100~300mm

(2)Wall thickness:   1.2~3.0mm

   4.Product process flow:

Raw material(steel strip)→Uncoiler→ Shearing and butt-welding→

Horizontal accumulator→Feeding and leveling→Forming→Mill→

Straightening→Fixed length cutting

2. Main components and technical parameters:

   1.Uncoiler:

Structure type: single-side manual expanding tight, which insure steel

coil feeding alternatively and make steel strip go into accumulator freely.

Applicable range:

I.D. of steel strip: Φ500~Φ650mm

O.D. of steel strip: Φ1000~Φ1300mm

the width of steel strip: 100~300mm

weight of steel strip: 1000~3000kg

     When the strip going to be finished,cut the two ends of strip and

     welding together. So that the strip feeding could be continual.

  2.Shearing and butt-welding machine:

     Prepared by customer or outsourcing by seller.

     Shearing and butt-welding machine, which insure two-coiled steel strips

     shearing tidily and then welding together and leveling weld seam.

  3. Strip leveling unit:

     Combined by up and bottom rollers set(totally 4 up rollers, 5 bottom rollers).

     Bottom rollers with drive and fixed, up rollers without drive but could be adjusted

     in height by adjusting the guide screw to fit the strip tightly. To guarantee the strip

     been leveled.

  4. Milling unit:

Milling by the horizontal roll and vertical roll with different shapes of roller, to

Mill the steel strip into the final product needed. Guarantee the final product same

as the requests according to the buyers' blueprints. To making the product regular

and in the certain size. Our design is as below:

(1)Horizontal dragon gate shaped roller stand: 18 sets, diameter of roll's shaft is

      φ70mm, material of roller stand as per QT iron, sealed boxed type, pulling from

      Side(different way to change the roller to make the different product), the sliding

      block of the dragon gate roller stand is processed by numerical control milling

      machine, in high precision. The matching horizontal roller shaft is made by good

      quality alloy structural steel 40Cr, the material has been hardened and tempered

      to keep its shape with tenacity and hardness. The shaft is from the name brand

      Chinese factory.(HA, WA, LUO factory)

(2)Horizontal roll could be adjusted up-down and left-right. To mill the strip into

  the very shape.

(3)Vertical roll: 6 sets, the roll shaft diameter is φ40mm, to mill and guide the strip

      with the horizontal roll. And make the product go into the next vertical roll

      smoothly. Passively drive type. The vertical roll could be adjusted front-back and

      up-down (by single screw), the sliding block is made by 45# inblock forge piece

      and with strong hardness. The roller and the roll shaft are combined by shaft

      bearing, and in high precision and could be sliding smoothly, avoid any scratch

      on the surface of product. And the vertical roll system could have some special

      setting to match the milling process.

(4)Straightening:

  Turkey head type, one side 4 roll, used to do straightening of section bar. The unit

  could rotate 360º, movable in the direction of up-down and front-back. To keep

  the final product exactly matching the blueprints and go into the cutting moulds

  smoothly.

(5)Main Drive:

      The unit could perform the power transmission from the main motor and main

      speed reducer to the distribution power box of forming unit and sizing unit. Then

      transfer the power from the distribution power box to horizontal roll shaft.

   5. Hydraulic fixed length cutting unit:

     (1)Cutting method:  Hydraulic cutting

     (2)Control method:  mechanic-electronic-hydraulic integrated control

     (3)Cutting length:   4~8m

     (4)Cutting tolerance: ≤6mm

     The operational principle is that after the milling and straightening, the cutting unit

     will track the product, when the product automatically move to the very point

     together with the on line car, signal sent out, then section bar cut, dropped into

     collection table.
