The technology of Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Line is that PU stock liquid is mixed in high-pressure foaming system in certain ratio,poured on bottom color sheet which is shaped by lower forming roll,then conveyed into double conveyor with top colir sheet which is shapped by upper forming roll.In the double conveyor,the PU core will foam,then adhesive and binding with the upper and lower sheets.After the sandwich panel is solidified ,it will be cut on certain length by automatic-following band saw.PU sandwich panel is used widely in industrial and urban architecture ,refrigeration facility and air condition tube etc. It is outstanding from many other sandwich panels with good heat-insulating property,high corrosion-resistant property and good fire-fighting property,in addition it facilitaing for construction .Nowaday the PU sandwich panel has more and more market and spreads more fields.
