        This is a Cone-type Piercer for Tianjin Steel Pipe Co., Ltd provided by TZCE having the characteristics of plug bar carriage by rack driving, plug auto-quick change, guide shoe online change, which has reached international advanced level with large capacity and output, high-level auto-control and products with good quality.

        Applying top-bottom roller arrangement and left-right guide shoe arrangement, the vertical cone-type piercer has the following characters:

1. In No.2 back table, rack-driven plug bar carriage with max. speed of 6m/s, max acceleration of 6m/s², quick production pace and high output.

2. Plug auto-quick change (it can change one plug with every rolling pipe), shortening plug-changing time and quickening production cycle

3. There are two guide shoes on guide frame with 180º layout, when in normal operation, one guide shoe be changed. Turn out the guide shoe which needs to be changed and at the same time turn in the other side guide shoe. In this way it can realize guide shoe online change and improve production efficiency.

4. Guide frame locking tight, applying double locking of side wedge locking and upper press locking, which raises the rigidity with better pass close and easy rolling.

5. Outlet roller diameter becoming larger, its same changing between axial speed and metal flow speed helps metal deforming with less defects, good quality and large output.

6. Its universal shaft of main drive can be exchanged with that of dia.460 piercer, the equipment can reach larger output.
