This line consists board-sending car, unrolling, board-conveying, circular cutter longitudinal cutting machine, damped pre-separating boards, group of coiling machine, board unloading car, control system etc.. The main function of this line is to cur the really wide coiled metal board into ones in required width in the direction along length, which makes blanks for rolling, punching, cold-bending forming, pressing etc.. The distance between the upper and lower cutters can be adjusted to suit boards of various widths. The board can be cut into different widths if fixers of blades are changed to other specifications.
