temper mill is used for tempering the cold rolled steel coil in order to enhance strip flatness and improve mechanical feature.
Temper rolling Mill
The work hardening for cold rolled strip steel can be eliminated after recrystallization annealing .After annealing ,the yielding point is low and the fracture elongationg rate is high.The sudden fracture of "coiling and breakage"exists in the bending of the strip steel.Many slip lines will be produced in the stretching.So the process ability goes bad.
Therefore,in most cases,it is impossible to go with the next process for the cold rolled steel strip after recrystallization annealing.It must go through the temper process to eliminate the yield platfprm of the annealing steel strip to change the process ability,straightness of the steel strip and to make its surface of a certain degree's roughness.Our company supply the customer with 4-hi temper mill used fou leveling regular carbon steel and 2-hi reversible leveling mill for leveling stainless steel.
