Ferro Silicon Barium

Introduction

Ferro Silicon Barium is a new type of deoxidizer and has desulfurizing and dephosphorizing capacity. In the respect of making alloy steel and other alloy, Molybdenum is often mixed with chromium, nickel, vanadium etc to endow steel with uniformly crystal structure to raise the strength, flexibility, abrasion resistance and impact strength etc of the steel. It's widely used in steel, steel, foundry industry, Silicon Barium alloy is a highly effective, long-term deoxidizer, also has the desulfurization efficiency, especially suitable for large workpieces, uneven thickness and thin little nasty cold sex of casting which could evidently improve the quality of castings.

Application

The silicon aluminum barium alloy is uses in making steel in the production one new deoxidizer and it can improve

mixture content and the steel the gas element content, reduces the cost,a new effective technology to saves with 

the aluminum. And it can also substitute the ordinary alloy and the pure aluminum carries on steel making process

to be suitable specially for the continuous casting molten steel deaeration request.
