     The ferro silicon granule takes the coke, scrap steel, and silica as raw materials ,which is made by the electrosmelting.

       Introduction

      The ferro silicon granule is bright grey, and the density is small. The more silicon, the lower proportion. According to the content of the silicon, it can be divided into industrial ferrosilicon (Si > 97%, iron does not exceed 1.5 percent) ,and the ferrosilicon of different contents of silicon ,95%, 75%, 65% and 45%, etc.

     Application

       It is often used as deoxidizer in steelmaking. It may be widely used in the produce of low alloy   structural steel, alloysteel,spring steel, bearing steel, heat-resistant steel and electrical silicon. It also can be used as reductant in ferroalloy making and chemistry engineering. It can also be used as inoculant of the nodular cast iron when it is added.

    It is often used in metallurgy and mechanical industry, as the alloy agent and addition agent of steel and nonferrous metal. It  widely plays a role in desulfurizating , degasification , dephosphorizating, and purification, so as to enhance the mechanical properties of materials and the use of effects.
