Rotary vibration sieve
This series is composed of sieve box, screen, vibrator and vibration reducing spring. Vibrator is installed on lateral plate of sieve box, and it is driven to rotate by motor through shaft joint. Rotation will generate centrifugal force to drive sieve box vibrating.
1. Brief Introduction: used to screen any powder or particle material in metallurgy, chemical, abrasive, glass, ceramics, construction, light, food industry, etc.
2. Operating Principle: its vertical motor, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle on the top and bottom can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.

1) Chemical industry: resin pigment, medicine, grease, paint, palette, etc.
2) Abrasive material and ceramic industry: building sand, mica, alumina, abrasive, refractory material, slurry, etc.
