I. Grinding Plant Working Principle
High Pressure Suspension Mill Grinding Plant mainly consists of Jaw Crusher, Bucket Elevator, Storage Hopper, Vibrating Feeder, Mainframe of the Mill, Air Blower, Powder Collector, Bag filter, etc. When the plant starts working, large stone materials are crushed by jaw crusher into needful small ones which will be elevated by bucket elevator to storage hopper, the small materials will then be fed evenly and continuously into grinding chamber by vibrating feeder for grinding. After that, the fine powder which meets the request swirls and flows upwards, and then goes into dust collector via classifier, at last discharged through discharging valve which under the dust collector. The coarse powder will return to grinding chamber for regrinding and separating until they meet the request. This mill takes advantages of compact structure, small working area, convenient installation & operation and so on.
