XJ60YZ self-propelled double power electrohydraulic workover rig
XJ60YZ self-propelled double power electrohydraulic workover rig can replace the high-power diesel motor workover rig that widely used today in workover operations, and can achieve the aims of energy-saving, cost-saving and environmental protection. Using the industrial electricity as the main power supply, and adopting the driving engine of the carrying truck as the stand-by power generating facility when experiencing on-spot power off or main system electric circuit goes wrong, the electrohydraulic workover rig can achieve better serviceability, reliability and higher production efficiency. Adopting hydraulic transmission as the main transmission way has many advantages such as simple structure, reasonable use of energy, easier handling and better overload protection.
The Power transmission route is: AC motor — variable pump — control system — low-speed high-torque motor — power shift transmission box — cylinder — lifting system (drilling line, derrick, crown block, hook and elevator). Using the heavy duty diesel motor is not permitted during the well workover period in order to achive less vibration of the hydraulic system, meanwhile using low-speed high-torque motor, so as to obviously decrease noise and mechanical. By integrating machines, electricity and hydraulic power system as a whole, the entire rig can achieve higher automation level, better operational efficiency and reliability.
