The process for the Gold Ore Benefication is as following:

The mining ore is broken initially by the Jaw Crusher.After the mining ore has been brokent into the one with reasonable size,they will be evenly sent into the Ball Mill by the Elevaotr and the Vibrating Feeder and be grinded until it becomes into the fine ore.The mixing fine ore will be  washed and separated by the Spiral Separator according to the principle that the specific gravity of the solid particles are different so that the their precipitation speed in the liquid is different.The magnetic substance in the washed separated mixing fine ore will be separated by the magnetic force and mechanical force because of their different magnetic coefficient when they pass the Magnetic Machine.The mineral particles ,which has been separated initially,will be sent into the Flotation Machine.And we will add different chemicals according to the different characteristics of the different mineral and make the minerals we need to be separated from other substance.After the mineral we need has been separated,it contains large amounts of water.The it needs to be concentrated first by the Thickner .Next it should be dried by the drier.Finally we can get the dried gold concentrate.
