We can supply all varieties of drill pipes that are consistent with API SPEC 5DP or SY.
Drill pipes can be made to customers requirements and specifications, and can be equipped with the same type of tool joints.
Advanced drill pipe production lines can transfer the welding parameters to the best position to ensure welding zone quality; the heat treatment process with the feature of internal and external cooling result in more reliable and stable mechanical characteristics. Application of automatic weight, length measurement and automatic spray records can ensure products’ traceability. Application of thickening and heating lines and the 1250-ton upsetting machine can ensure thickness meets API SPEC 5DP standards. Utilization of a CN furnace for whole pipe-body heating and quenching, and our tempering machine’s advanced heat treatment process ensure the pipe’s mechanical characteristics. The tube hydraulic straightening machine ensures the straightness and coaxiality of the pipe body.
