PL2 Crushing and Screen Production Line Equipment 

(1)   Composition:

It is composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, sand making machine( vertical shaft impact crusher), vibrating screen and belt conveyor. According to different technical requirements, various types of equipment can be assembled to meet customer's different process requirements. It is widely used for variety of aggregate such as hard limestone, granite, basalt, pebble, metallurgical slag and artificial sand making production, in hydroelectric project, building material, highway, urban construction ,etc.

(2) Basic Flow:

First, raw stone enter into coarse crusher, then the crushed stone be conveyed to the fine crusher for the further crush via belt conveyor. After fine crush, there will be two kinds of stone, the one which meet the size of sand making will be into sand making machine for producing sand. The other sand will be back to fine crusher for another fine crush.
