Introduction
Dry mortar packing machine is specially designed for dry mortar quantitative packaging. It possesses the following characteristic:
easy operation, no mechanical wear, high automation degree, well sealed, high measuring accuracy, advanced and reliable structure, high production capacity.
High potential blower impels dry mortars inside produce fluidization. After mortar mixing, packing is not separated. Outflow is clean. 250 bags can be packed per hour, also can be operated with the computer. Electrical control is worked by intelligent relay and intelligent instrument controllers, with high stability and easy operation. The voltage is controlled by AC 220V and DC 24V.
Working principle:
Packing process is mainly composed of sending bag artifically, air cylinder pressuring bag, materials measurement, pushing the bag and material box filling materials,divided into manual pattern and automatic pattern.
Choosing manual parrern, manually pressuring bag cylinder button is one-touch start and stop button, click to start, click again to stop.
Other buttons as push, release to stop. Automatic work should choose automatic pattern. The machine begins to run automatically, firstly, to run dust electromotor, air compressor and Roots blower, then begin to send bag. When the pressuring bag switch detectes signal input, pressuring bag cylinder start to work after delay period of time, then start to measure materials after a period of time again, and start to discharge. Delaying some time after unloading is finished, reset persuring bag cylinder and move bag pushing cylinder to push out bags,completing the packing process. In the automatic operation process, set the production frequency. When reaching the frequency, high-voltage compartment feed the materials without personal operation.( all time parameters and count parameters can be set in intelligent relay).
