1. Magnesium strong powder use in plastic resin,rubberresin can improve the processing performance such as to press mould,calendering,extrution and injection, partially substitute the more expensive (rubber material) 10%-15% to reduce the cost of raw materials.
2. Magnesium strong powder are used as a viscosifier in rubberresin and plastic resin, particularly in the foam products that can help to forming. reduce friction of polymer molecules, so that key elements are easily move, So not only for compression molding but also extrusion molding ,will shorten the molding time.
3. Magnesium strong powder in the polymer chain can directly enhance the wear-resistant , toughness and have good crack resistance .
4. Magnesium strong powder mixed with the very fine (silicon dioxide SiO2. Magnesia MgO) ,it can contribute to control the transparency and hardness , transparent film add a small amount (5-10PHR) magnesium Strong powder, can make the surface excellent semi-gloss and anti-caking.
