Calcium Ferrite
Calcium Ferrite is the mixture of Limestone and Iron mill scale taken from Steel mills is preheated in a rotary kiln at 1120 ~ 1280 °C and is formed calcium ferrite.
Character:
Offers low melting point and dissolves quickly in the slag process. Smelting time is shortened. It made to desulfurize fastly and suppresses phosphorus into molten steel. Ladle can be used more time by protecting the ladle lining from the erosion. Helpful for purifying the molten steel.
