It is clear water dilutable potassium/sodium methyl siliconate solution. 

As a surface treatment in applications that utilize its ability to impart a water repellent surface and reduce water absorption. 

Designed to impart water repellency to a wide variety of surface, it is a water repellent for masonry surfaces for use on sandstone, limestone, marble, granite and bricks, ceramics,gypsum and gypsum-based plasterboard, light fillers etc. 

The siliconate reacts with carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air to form an insoluble water-resistant treatment within 24 hours.

FEATURES:

Excellent water resistant, reduce water absorption into the substrate, thus reducing spalling due to freezethaw and efflorescence, thereby increasing the life of the materials.
Colorless and nonyellowing protection, preserve the natural appearance of the substrate.
Penetrating and breathable , low VOC.

Usage: 
1.It is supplied as a concentrate. Before used, it should be diluted with water to a concentration of 3 percent solids or less prior to application.
2.Surface must be clean, dry and free of contaminants before operate.
3.Dilute solutions of it can be applied by dipping, spraying , rolling or brushing etc.
4.After handling, the surface should keep drying and avoid contacting with water or rain more than 24 hours to 48 hours in the natural environment to develop maximum water repellency.
5.Always test the concentration on a small sample of the material to determine the suitability of your specific use.

Attention to use:
1.The use of larger dosages than required may result in the formation of a white residue on the surface.
2.As a strongly alkaline material own very caustic, when handling should be careful to avoid contact with eyes,skins and clothing. In case of skin contact, wash immediately. In case of eye contact, flush immediately with water for at least 15 minutes and obtain prompt medical attention.
3.When spraying, great care should be taken to protect nearly vegetation or articles from overspray.
4.Always wear protective goggles and gloves when handling the product..
