1)General Description

EM-313 coating adhesive is widely applied to jean. According to customers’ requirement, jean after processing can be in different styles. The functions of EM-313 coating adhesive are as follows: strong plasticity, good fixing, high luster, soft hand feelings, well breathability, etc.

2)Technique Data

EM-313 coating adhesive can be single used or mixed with other water-based materials. The dosage is between 30%--100%, depending on different style.

3) Property and Features

Thickener can be added, if customers don’t have high requirement on brightness.

4)Usage

EM-313 coating adhesive 30% + water 70% + EM-618 thickener 1.5% + pigment;

If customers require higher brightness, emulsifier should be taken place of EM-618 thickener, That is to say: EM-313 coating adhesive 30% + water 70% + EM-50 emulsifier 5% + pigment

Each dosage can be adjusted in light of practical situation.

5)Notes

All jean fabric should be pressed polish before coating. During coating, use two screens at one time, one is 80 counts, and the other is 100 counts. Drying temperature is better higher than 160°C.
