Benzoin is an additive devoted to powder coating to eliminate possible pinhole. It releases water and some other low molecular weight substance which may exist in powder coatings before the film has been cured, to form a flat and fine film appearance, and thus improve the flatness of the film.

Technical standards

Appearance:    white or pale yellow powder

Melting point:  132-138 C

Volatility:      ≤0.5%

Application:

1)      dosage: 0.3%-0.6% of the total formula

2)      usage: blended with other raw materials and extruded, and then you can grinding and sifting.

Packing:

1)      25kg/bag, with composite paper bags lined with plastic bags

2)      Store in dry and ventilate place, keep away from sunshine and moisture.
