Antibacterial mechanism:

Sodium dilacerate is a molecular compound, with 39% of free acetic acid molecule. It can strongly penetrate into noxious bacteria and mildew wall, aiming to change the nature of them. By the interference of the interaction of enzymes between cells, so as to inhibit or destroy the growth and reproduction of bacteria. The free acetic acid molecule plays an important role in the production, non-dissociate acetic acid is more efficient than the free acetic acid.

Antibacterial area:

As a kind of food preservative, it has strong inhibition to mould (yellow aspergillum, smoke, aspergillum, aspergillum, green aspergillum, white hairs, tiny aspergillum mould, Candida etc ); It has certain inhibition to bacteria (Escherichia coli, orlistat bacteria, gram-negative bacteria etc), while little effect to lactic acid bacteria, baker's yeast.
