a. This extracting jar is heated without clap or plate pipe. Its extracting liquid is heated by a heater and recycled by a pump. It is a patent product of our company, with less investment, but high efficiency, which can also avoid some complex procedures of pressure volume like declaration, annual inspection etc. Its polished in both internal and external side in accordance with GMP requirements.

b.      Its mainly made up of the main jar, foam breaker, heater, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, filter etc.

c. There are mainly vertical barrel type, positive cone, mushroom type, reverse cone etc. According to the requirements, mixing equipment can be installed.

d. Therere several optional types to install slag-removing door, like double-cylinders, multi-cylinder, spiral and engaging type.

e. As the clients requirement to improve the production affectivity, filter area can be increased when liquid flows out.
