1. Brief
This is a electric hreating pure steam generator. The device is designed specially for customers with no boiler. It is clean, pollution-free, simple in structure, convenient in installation and operation, safe, reliable and requires less investment.The machines takes de-ionized water with conductivity less than 2µS/cm and no chlorine as source water.
ZFCD-100 generator adopts high pressure centrifugal pump for auto-feeding and liquid level controller for water level auto-control. Quality certificate for pressure vessel manufacturing and supervision approvals given by pressure vessel supervision authorities can be provided for the pressure vessel inside it.
2. Basic Functions
This is an electric-heating pure steam generator, with deionized water as source water, electric power of 380V/70KW/h as heating source. Combining the advantages of various distillers both at home and abroad, adopting Bidirectional Centrifugal Separator,which is our patent, it effectively separates impurities. The steam is highly purified and nonpyrogenic.
By scientific calculation and optimal design, it is convenient in installation, operation and maintenance. The design of this machine conforms to GMP requirements.
The machines takes de-ionized water with conductivity less than 2µS/cm as source water. No ammonia and chlorine is allowed. Maximum hardness: 2ppm as CaCO3
Basic Structure: major pieces: electric-heater, bidirectional centrifugal separator, secondary separator, condensate sampler, electric control system. The complete set includes: one electric heater, one bidirectional centrifugal separator; secondary separator, condensate sampler, heating steam valve, input valve, steam valve, various types of valves, input flow meter, as well as accessory components, etc.
Material: electric heating pot and spiral centrifugal separator are made of DIN1.4435 316L. The surface process adopts acid pickling and passivation. Pipeline connections and valves are electrically polished. The connection of pipelines adopts automatic track welding. And the washer is made of materials meeting the requirements of GMP like PTFE, EPDM, etc. The protective frame construction is made of stainless steel DIN14301 AISI304.
Debugging confirmation: we will provide documents including: pressure test records, cleaning records, debug reports, etc.

Major Functions
PLC auto control:
1. Initialization of upper and lower pressure limits of heating boiler, auto control; water level of feeding water are under control at three points: upper, middle and lower, automatic heating control.
1.The steam is highly purified and free from pyrogen.
2. The pressure of pure steam is controllable.
3. IP is available
4. The structure of the complete set is economic and reasonable and the operation and maintenance are easy.
5. Electric heating boiler begins to produce steam pressure after powering on for 30 minutes. The steam is purified by separator and can be used for sterilization.
