      PZCY2T Distilled Water Tank uses 316L as its body material and arc-welding for connection without dead corner. The unit comes with heat-keeping function, electric-heating and automatic heat preservation. Arc-welding connection is polished

     Tank is equipped with respirator, which is in compliance with SIP and completeness verification requirements, and is incorprated with gas trapping outlet, condensate outlet, and completeness inspection port. Respirator is made of electric-drying structure, which will constantly dry diversion filter core in order to keep the respirator clear and remove the possibility of falsified liquid level.      Tank, with bright and tidy appearance, is equipped with fiber glass thermal material and a shell made of 304L. Distilled water in the tank can be heated and kept above 80OC    The tank is of CIP and SIP functions, and can be sterilised with 121oC pure steam that comes from LD water disteiller (LCZ pure steam generator) outlet. User may power meter to relise automatic control. Automatic control of WFI tank comes with following: 1. Liquid level automatic display control, and the tank liquid level features cursor display on the meter, it is directviewing. There are 3 liquid level controlling points: at the high point, signal will show the stop status of the water distiller; at the middle point, water will be feeded to the tank; at the low point, signal will display the stop status of the pump. 2. Automatic display of temperature can be controlled, and the temperature of WFI water in the tank can be set at certain value. Heating comes to a halt when temperature is higher than set value, and heating starts when temperature is lower than set value. 3. Respirator electric heating control. Start electric heater, respirator is heated to around 110°C (heating, drying, sterilising and dehydrating the respirator). The respirator is also available with automatic temperature control system. 4.WFI quality control requires monitoring of conductivity besides additional appratus such as change over value for controlling WFI quality (optional).5.Data memory and redcording function: on-line recording of WFI temperature, liquid level, conductivity,and backwater pressure by 6-channel recorder.
