During running, as the mixing vat is able to make multidirectional operation, Such as level movement, rotation, turning and other complex movements. This speeds up the flowing and diffusing actions of material in mixing process, which is avoiding gravity segregation or accumulation phenomenon of general mixers caused by centrifugal action. Therefore, this machine has favorable mixing efficiency.

This machine is a new type material mixer that is widely applied to pharmacy, chemical industry, food industry, light industry and scientific research units.

1.  As the mixing vat is able to make multidirectional operation, there are more mixing points that

     bring favorable mixing efficiency, its mixing homogeneity is much higher than that of general

     mixers, drug homogeneity error is lower than that of general mixer. Meanwhile, the maximum

     charging volume is one time higher than that of general mixer, the maximum charging volume of

     general mixer is 40% of full barrel volume, and the maximum charging rate can be up to 90%. 

2.  It is unique in design of mixing vat, inner wall of the mixing vat is fine polished, no dead angle,

     no pollution to the materials, and the materials will be discharged automatically under gravity

     function without any residual, with advantages of pollution-free, residual-free, and it is easy to

     discharge and clean.

3.  The materials are mixed under the airtight space; it would not pollute the environment.
