Ampoule goes into worm station of this filling and sealing machine from drying and sterilizing machine by the bottle-in delivery belt. The worm orders the ampoules separated from an unordered situation and puts ampoules into bottle-in thumb wheel one by one. The bottle-in thumb wheel delivers these ampoules to walking beam. The before walking beam delivers these ampoules to the middle walking beam from the continual to the interval. And then the ampoules go before nitrogen filling, injection water filling, after nitrogen filling, pre-heating and drawbench sealing stations. The before nitrogen filling station can be need or not according to customer’s option and can also be replaced by compressed air or other inert gases and the after nitrogen filling station can be replaced by inert gases. On the injection water filling station, several glass ball block pumps fill the ampoules through the filling needles. Capacity of each filling pump can be adjusted by hand wheel. On the preheating station, the ampoule mouth is heated by combustion gas of liquefied gas from fire mouth and oxygen. At the same time, ampoule spins due to roller. On the drawbench sealing station, ampoule mouth is softened and sealed. Then it is out-put to bottle-collect plate. The fuel gas can be replaced by oxyhydrogen mixture gas according to customer’s requirements.
