1. Introduction

The material after the wet-process pulverizing went into the ultrasonic extractor. And this equipment equipped with the ultrasonic oscillator and the small size heating jacket, heated the material to 40-60°c. After more than hours ultrasonic extracting, then solid-liquid separation. The paste separated after the membrane concentration device, can be possible for freeze-drying, spray drying, the vacuum drying. The separated water is can be used for pure water or can be back flow to the wet-process pulverizer.
