Application

Single-effect external circulation evaporator is suitable for the evaporation process of liquid materials in the industries of pharmacy, food, chemical industry, light industry etc. 

Feature and advantage

1. This equipment needs only low investment, but has strong alcohol recycling capability. The loss of alcohol is less than 5%.

2. External heating and natural circulation together with vacuum negative-pressure evaporation fasten the evaporating speed. Concentration gravity can reach 1.35.

3. The cream or ointment can be collected conveniently at the bottom of the evaporator instead of inside the heater, just by closing the upper and lower butterfly valves of the heater.

4. The drainage can be controlled automatically without manual labor.
