1Application and Feature :

Semi-automatic belling machine,semi-automatic plastic pipe-belling machine,pipe expanding machine is suitable for belling the plastic pipes. It can be used separately. The machine is made up of working head frame and base .The working head frame is made up one heating box and one belling die. The base is mainly used for supporting the pipe and fixing the position automatically on different working position of the working head frame, so as to finish the heating and belling process.

a.The whole operation process of the belling machine both adopt PLC control from Japan Mitsubishi, the belling is operated automatically.

b.Photoelectric switch adopts AUTONICS.

c.pneumatic device adopts QUANWEI.

d.The heating mode adopts heating pipe in interior and exterior by infrared ray, the hot air circulating equipment is installed the interior of the heating box,it makes the heating of the pipe fast and symmetrical and even improve the work efficiency .

eThe process of clamp and belling both adopts hydraulic equipment,the hydraulic pump adopts variable vane pump from Taiwan.

fthe cooling system adopts water cooling mode.
